We are Overcomers

Dear folks nice to be back and share a few words of inspirations from the Bible which is the pure word of God

In the Gospel of John 16:33 I have told you these things so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take courage; I have overcome the world!

What peace is spoken about . Everyone is seeking “peace ” at home, work, personal life, business life, world leaders, young , old it is inevitable and part of our life. We long for it and make every possible means to achieve it or get it on our own from different sources. Our mind is the source of all bodily functions. The opposite of peace is stress, anxiety, bitterness the list goes on .Jesus has said in His word ” my peace I give unto you, my peace I leave with you, not as the world giveth, peace I give to you.

Perhaps this is first time in your life you are coming across some one who gives peace. This a unique gift from God. The Bible also says “ask and it shall be given ” ask Him , the source of Peace to fill your heart and mind with this divine encounter. He says I have overcome the world.

In the new testament Philippians 4:6,7 “6Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

This is the privilege of knowing and asking Him. The Bible says ” trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding ” we have a God who is mindful of you . In The Old Testament in Jeremiah 29:11 ” 11For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end” There is a God who thinks about us and has thoughts of Peace.

Can we count on Him (Jesus) today, to bless and give us this Peace that passeth all understanding Even beyond our comprehension.

God’s word is true. Let me encourage you today. You never read this message by accident this is Divine intervention .

Say a simple prayer, have a personal relationship with Jesus. Lord I’m a sinner forgive me, come into my heart and give me this Peace the Bible is talking about and be the center of my life, Amen

Your prayer of faith today , is a divine encounter with God.

Cross Grave Risen

Dear folks it’s nice to be back to wish all my readers a very blessed Easter wish

Jesus died on the cross

The Bible clearly states why Jesus had to endure for us.

Carried all your pain suffering hurts sickness once and for all

Ended by saying the last words “It is Finished ”

Yes all mankind is redeem thru this one sacrifice

He is not waiting for us but He has done it for us

Easter is a promise that God can change aTragedy into Triumph. We should be bold to face tomorrow. Trust in the resurrected power of Jesus.

In the New Testament in Hebrews 12:2

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Here is Cross , Grave , Resurrection

He is Risen, He is Risen indeed

The Beautiful Passion Week

Matthew 21:12-16

On Monday of His passion week Jesus entered into the Temple at Jerusalem.  The Jewish Temple was very important in the life of the Jewish believer.  It was the center of their worship.  The Jewish male was required to come to the Temple at least three times a year to worship, offer sacrifices, and to celebrate the different feasts the Lord had given to them in the Law of Moses.

This event is recorded in three of the four Gospels.  We learn that He overturned the tables of the moneychangers and the seats of those who sold doves.  The outer court of the Temple had become a place of merchandising.  The merchants were profiting from God’s people at the expense of their worship.

Notice Jesus words, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a ‘den of thieves.’”  The reference to “den of thieves,” has to do with those who would hide themselves in caves and steal from innocent people as they passed through the mountainous areas around Jerusalem.

What happens when Jesus enters the Temple?  He restores prayer to its rightful place.  In this week that remembers His sacrificial death and His victorious resurrection why not ask God to restore your personal temple.  The Apostle Paul teaches that our bodies are now the “temple of God.”

Let me challenge you to invite Christ to cleanse your temple today. What will He find?  What will He turn over?  And then ask Him to restore your prayer life.  He longs to communicate with us in prayer.  He longs to fellowship and commune with His children.

What happened when Jesus cleansed the Temple?  Prayer was restored to its rightful place and became a priority in God’s house.  The blind and the lame were healed, and the children began to cry out in praise to God.

The same will happen in our lives.  When Christ visits us individually and corporately prayer will become a priority, we will experience His healing power, and our children and those around us will cry out in exuberant praise to God.

Today’s Prayer

Dear Father:

Visit us. Search our hearts, restore our priorities.  Empower us to rebuild the broken altars in our lives.  Reveal the little foxes who spoil the vine. We long to experience Your healing.

In Jesus Name,

Amen

Confidence in Who !!!

Dear folks ! guess ,share this with everyone. In my meditation time . A beautiful image and personality of God revealed. He participates with you when you seek Him. He is real ,true and living.

As a Believer in Christ, He is your source.

God never sends you into a situation alone.

He Goes before you.

He Stands beside you .

He Walks behind you.

Whatever situation you are in now , be confident God is with you.

The Bible says I am with you , will never leave you nor forsake you. My presence shall go before you. I am with you always. The Lord is my shepherd. Our God watches over us He neither sleeps nor slumbers. You are the apple of his eye.

You may ask How can I have a relationship with Him. Very simple , the Bible says “believe in your heart , confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and you shall be saved” a blessed hope .

If you said this prayer welcome to the family of God . Seek a Bible believing church and join one for your spiritual growth .

Blessings

Emotions

I read this beautiful article ‘ I say it’s life’

We, as a society, really have no idea how *suffocated* people are in their emotions. Most people have *nobody* to express themselves entirely to. Everyone is holding back their *vulnerabilities* to maintain the *social image* of a confident and happy person.

Heart-to-heart conversations have become *rare, artificial and shallow*. And most hearts are filled with *empty defences*.

Most people can’t even talk to their *life-partners openly* for the fear of being judged or rejected. Emotions await just a release. Social images make sure weakness is not glorified.

Children have *bottled up* stress. Young people suffer anxiety and depression.

It is just lack of social support. It is *lack of non-judgmental* friendships. It is result of *fast and busy lives* where nobody has time to just sit and watch someone cry.

It is result of *instant and impatient lifestyle* practices, that *emotions have started feeling like waste of time*.

We have *WhatsApp and Facetime and social media* – and we also have *stress and anxiety and depression*.

Our forefathers had neither. Because they talked to each other. Because talking helps.

The *face-to-face* type talking, the *just-listen-to-me* type talking, the *hold-my-hand-and-let-me-cry* type talking, the *sit-next-to-me-and-listen-to-my-silence* type talking… the talking where *the person can be themselves and say anything they feel without the fear of any judgement or loss or rejection*.

Today, we don’t like that type of talking. Those conversations when someone begins to undress one’s mind. In fact we *avoid people*. And so, mental illness is epidemic. Naturally.

There is not much we can do. But we can offer a *listening* !

Let’s let people talk without any fear. Let’s create conversations.

*Let’s start talking again*.

Finally Talk to God He Answers prayers

In the Bible in Jeremiah 33:3

“Call to Me and I will answer and show you great and unsearchable things you do not know.

Blessings

Mathew
