Dear reader greeting, isn’t this amazing . I have a verse in the Bible in the New Testament Hebrews 4:16 So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most. This is one translation , another says Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. And the contemporary version . So whenever we are in need, we should come bravely before the throne of our merciful God. There we will be treated with undeserved grace, and we will find help. Are you in need this day, in distress,in conflicts, hard times at work, home, family, friends going thru difficult relationship. There is an answer from the one who has promised in the holy Bible. With words of Grace the word says ‘come, approach, in time of need’ to the throne of grace. Talking about ‘throne ‘after Jesus finished his three and half years of ministry here on earth 2000 Years ago he has ascended to the father and seated at the the right hand of the father interceding for us. You may ask why Jesus had to dieWho gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world according to the will of God and our Father” (Gal. 1:4) How can we approach a holy God it’s thru Jesus blood shed on the cross, washed and cleansed and forgiven . We received grace thru Christ’s expense (died for our sins) and now we can call on him , approach boldly for the word says ‘in time of need ‘. Taking this further we are treated with undeserved grace and we ‘will ‘ find mercy in time of need. One commentary quotes (16) Obtain mercy.—The real meaning is, receive compassion (Hebrews 2:17) in our weakness and trials. The thought of obtaining mercy for guilt is not in these words, taken by themselves; but “grace” meets every need. If the last verse brought evidence that our High Priest Jesus has perfect knowledge of the help required, this gives the assurance that the help shall be given as needed, and in the time of need.
Here is assurance for Grace Today.
